取得した日ごとにスコアを付けます。その日の観測された定時率です。停留所の85%以上が定時だった日は、目標を満たします。

四つの判定

結論	ルール
安定	Most days meet the target, and no long run of bad days.
不安定	良い日と悪い日が混ざっています。利用者は予定を立てられません。
不良	Few days meet the target.
慢性的	Poor for several months in a row, or below the target for a long run of days.
日数が足りません	Too few scored days. A verdict needs evidence.

Days with too few judged stops, and days we did not capture, are not scored. They do not count as good or bad, and they do not break a run.

公表した月の数値は変わりません。方法を改訂しても、過去の月は算出時の方法のままです。
