Mọi kết quả dành cho hành khách đều nêu rõ nguồn, thời điểm quan sát, mức độ chắc chắn và trạng thái không có sẵn.
Danh mục các thước đo
Mỗi chỉ số được công bố đều có mã định danh ổn định, phiên bản, đối tượng, khoảng thời gian, đơn vị và phạm vi bao phủ. Mỗi chỉ số cũng có quy tắc đủ điều kiện, giới hạn khi diễn giải và liên kết đến các nguồn của chỉ số đó.

Chuyến khởi hành và dự báo
Các departure scheduled lấy từ lịch dịch vụ GTFS của OC Transpo và STO đang được nhập hiện tại. Departure real-time chỉ được hiển thị khi có thể ghép thông tin cập nhật trip từ đúng operator với trip và stop theo lịch.
Mối liên hệ giữa chuyến bị hủy và trạm dừng bị bỏ qua được hiển thị rõ ràng. Nguồn dữ liệu bị lỗi, sai định dạng, trống bất thường, cũ hoặc lỗi một phần sẽ không được gọi là hoạt động tốt. Khi thiếu dữ liệu trực tiếp, lịch trình vẫn được ghi là theo lịch.
Lập kế hoạch chuyến đi và khả năng tiếp cận
Lộ trình chuyến đi được tính từ lịch chạy đã công bố hiện hành và dữ liệu chỉ đường trên phố. Otranspo không tự tạo lộ trình dự phòng.
Chúng tôi kiểm tra lối đi cho xe lăn và lối đi không có bậc thang ở từng đoạn được gợi ý. Nếu thiếu thông tin về khả năng tiếp cận, thông tin đó vẫn là chưa rõ.
Mẫu hình báo cáo công khai
Từng báo cáo riêng lẻ được giữ kín. Các xu hướng công khai chỉ gồm những báo cáo đã được người kiểm duyệt xác nhận, không liên quan đến an toàn và không liên quan đến nhà điều hành. Các báo cáo được nhóm theo loại và tuyến, mỗi nhóm có ít nhất năm báo cáo.
Số liệu công khai là dữ liệu probantes do cộng đồng gửi, không phải số sự cố do nhà vận hành xác nhận.
Chỉnh sửa phương pháp tính độ tin cậy
Ngày 4 tháng Tám năm 2026, phương pháp tính đúng giờ đã thay đổi. Trước đây, hệ thống đếm các dự đoán lưu trữ lặp lại. Nay, mỗi lượt đến chỉ có một quan sát chốt: dự đoán cuối cùng trong vòng mười phút so với giờ theo lịch, được đánh giá với khoảng năm phút về cả hai phía. Trên cùng kho lưu trữ, kết quả đổi từ 86.7% sang 77.4%. Đây là hiệu chỉnh về phương pháp, không phải bằng chứng cho thấy dịch vụ đã thay đổi vào ngày đó.

Tình trạng vận hành
Trạng thái được tính từ các lần kiểm tra trực tiếp. Các lần kiểm tra này áp dụng cho cơ sở dữ liệu, các bản di chuyển dữ liệu hiện tại, lịch trình đã nhập và công cụ tìm lộ trình. Chúng cũng áp dụng cho các nguồn dữ liệu thời gian thực độc lập, tiến trình nền bền vững, e-mail, bộ lưu trữ, công cụ định vị địa chỉ và cấu hình bắt buộc. Các thành phần tùy chọn có thể suy giảm độc lập với nhau.
