一条线路可靠，是指天天都表现良好，而不只是平均值好。

每个已记录的日子都有一个分数，即当天观测到的准点率。当天至少 85% 的停靠站准点，就算达到目标。

四种结论

结论	规则
可靠	Most days meet the target, and no long run of bad days.
波动大	好的日子和差的日子混在一起。乘客无法据此安排行程。
差	Few days meet the target.
长期	Poor for several months in a row, or below the target for a long run of days.
天数不足	Too few scored days. A verdict needs evidence.

Days with too few judged stops, and days we did not capture, are not scored. They do not count as good or bad, and they do not break a run.

已发布的月份数据不会更改。如果方法有修订,过去的月份仍使用当时计算所用的方法。
