Donations support hosting, data monitoring, translation, and accessibility. They do not provide editorial control, and essential rider information remains free.

What donations do, and what they do not
Otranspo does not show advertising, sell rider data, charge for core rider journeys, or place fundraising prompts inside departures, trip planning, alerts, maps, accessibility, or active-trip flows.
Donations help cover hosting, data monitoring, accessibility, and reviewed translation. They do not buy influence over evidence, scores, investigations, or editorial decisions.
How the secure checkout works
The donation page shows the amount limits, privacy choices, and refund or dispute path before checkout.
- One-time and monthly support is accepted in Canadian dollars through a Stripe-hosted checkout.
- Card and bank details are entered only on Stripe and are never stored by Otranspo.
- A contribution is voluntary and is not represented as tax-deductible; no charitable tax receipt is issued.
- Private receipts support refunds, disputes, recurring-payment management, and deletion of optional contact details.
