Your support helps cover Otranspo operating costs. It does not change rider access or give influence over the service.

Recipient and use: Otranspo operating costs, which are currently paid by its owner as an independent citizen
Processor: Stripe-hosted checkout. Otranspo does not receive card or bank details.
Currency and limits: CAD only · minimum $2 · maximum $5,000 per payment
Refunds and monthly management: Use the private Otranspo receipt for support and the Stripe portal to change or cancel monthly support.
Tax status: Voluntary support; no charitable tax receipt and no representation that it is tax-deductible.

The important boundaries

Rider access: Always free; never affected by support.
Payment details: Entered only on the processor-hosted page; never stored by Otranspo.
Tax receipt: None. Contributions are not represented as tax-deductible.
Placement: Only on intentional funding pages; never in departures, alerts, maps, accessibility, or active trips.
Privacy: Nobody is named without asking to be. Anonymous is the default, the supporters page shows only donors who opted in, and contact details are separate, optional, encrypted, and independently erasable.
Refunds and disputes: Handled through the private receipt and support channel, with retained accounting evidence.
