Method, how the clock is counted, and what to do if your entry is here.

This section keeps research, letters, delivery evidence, replies and later corrections together. Each case file states at the top whether a verified correspondence record has actually been published.

When a verified record is loaded, our outbound letter is published with its send date. An inbound reply is shown only after a recorded publication decision; receipt and first publication keep separate dates. A reply withheld at the writer’s request is still recorded as received. A response time begins only when receiving-server delivery is confirmed, so provider acceptance, delay, rejection and unknown delivery never become silence.

How the clock is counted

The clock starts at confirmed delivery and stops at the first reply written by a person. An automatic reply is recorded and does not stop it; a staff reply is labelled separately from a personal reply. Calendar time is the main figure. The secondary “working days” figure counts Monday-to-Friday UTC dates crossed after confirmed delivery through the reply date. It excludes Saturdays and Sundays and includes statutory holidays.

Every entry stays open. A reply that arrives months from now is published and the page says it arrived after publication, with both dates. If anything here is wrong, write to us and the correction is published with what changed and when. If you replied and would rather your words were not printed, say so and we will publish your position without your text, and record that you asked.

Recipients and publication

This page is the released public record. A private message to Otranspo, an unreleased reply, and a letter you may write yourself are separate records with different recipients.
