On time means a bus reached the stop from 1 minute early to 5 minutes late, measured from OC Transpo and STO live vehicle positions at every stop, for every trip. Trips that did not come count as misses. Para Transpo on time is OC Transpo’s own figure. Grades compare what was missed with what the target allows.
