이 검토는 공개 설명을 현재 애플리케이션 소스와 설정된 기능 규칙과 비교합니다. 법률 의견이 아니며, 대기 중인 소스 변경이 실제 서비스에 반영되었다는 증거도 아닙니다. 현재 서비스 상태와 게시된 정정 내용은 각각 별도의 데이터 페이지에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

이용자 서비스가 처리하는 정보

출발 및 경로 계획 검색은 현재 요청에 답하기 위해 처리됩니다. Otranspo는 실패했거나 중단된 검색을 저장하지 않습니다. 정확한 출발지, 목적지, 좌표, 메모, 경로 세부 정보도 분석 도구로 보내지 않습니다.

저장한 장소, 정류장, 운행, 최근 여정은 현재 브라우저에만 보관됩니다. Otranspo 계정과 동기화되지 않습니다.

누구나 계정을 만들지 않고 비공개 교통 신고를 제출할 수 있습니다. 익명 데이터는 계정에 연결된 데이터보다 비중이 낮습니다. 비공개 영수증을 받으며, 충분히 큰 집계 결과가 공개되기 전에 검토됩니다. 나중에 로그인해도 이전 신고가 몰래 연결되지 않습니다.

근처 혼잡도 관찰을 확인하는 데 쓴 정확한 위치는 관찰 기록과 함께 저장하지 않습니다. 일치한 차량, 신고된 혼잡도, 대략적인 확인 근거, 필요한 감사 사실만 보관합니다.

누구나 비공개 문의 또는 웹사이트 지원 메시지를 보낼 수 있습니다. 메시지와 선택 사항인 재현 단계는 암호화됩니다. 이메일 주소는 보낸 사람이 답변을 요청하고 명시적으로 동의한 경우에만 수집합니다. 메시지는 교통 사고의 증거로 쓰이지 않으며 게시되지 않습니다.

분석 도구와 쿠키

Essential session, language, security, and offline storage support requested features. Usage analytics is on by default, to help us improve the site. You can turn it off in one tap, and we turn it off automatically if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Transit tools remain usable when analytics is off.

Otranspo는 사이트에 내장된 자체 카운터로 방문 수를 집계합니다. 쿠키를 설정하지 않으며, 인터넷 주소, 브라우저 설명, 그 밖의 어떤 식별자도 저장하지 않습니다. 페이지를 볼 때마다 다음 정보만 기록합니다. 페이지 유형, 상세 식별자나 쿼리 문자열이 없는 대략적인 분류 주소, 언어, 방문을 보낸 웹사이트(google.com처럼 이름만), 링크에 있었다면 캠페인 태그, 화면 크기가 휴대폰, 태블릿, 데스크톱 중 어느 것인지, 그리고 호스팅 네트워크가 알려 주는 국가(캐나다 안에서는 주 포함)입니다. 조회는 그날의 합계에 하나를 더할 뿐입니다. 개별 조회 기록은 남기지 않으며, 합계는 400일 후에 삭제됩니다. 여정 계획이나 페이지 공유 같은 이용자 활동도 이름만으로 같은 방식으로 집계합니다. 도구, 서비스 탭, 큰 구역 사이의 이동도 식별자나 개별 이동 경로 없이 일일 합계에 더해집니다. 검색어와 여정 값은 절대 전송되지 않습니다. 캠페인 태그는 읽은 뒤 주소창에서 지웁니다. 현재 탭에 두는 브라우저 표시는 전송되지 않으며, 새로고침이 새 방문으로 집계되는 것을 막습니다. Global Privacy Control 또는 Do Not Track 신호를 보내는 브라우저는 전혀 집계하지 않습니다.

Cloudflare Web Analytics도 외부 확인용으로 방문 수를 집계합니다. 쿠키를 설정하지 않고, 브라우저에 이미 있는 정보를 읽지 않으며, 방문자를 식별하거나 추적하지 않습니다. 쿼리 문자열을 뺀 페이지 주소만 기록합니다. 따라서 trip 검색, 좌표, 일정 정보는 어느 집계에도 포함되지 않습니다.

Google Analytics is on unless you turn analytics off, and never loads under a browser privacy signal. It measures coarse public page categories and may use analytics cookies, which are removed when you turn it off. Private pages, detailed identifiers, searches, trip endpoints and query strings are excluded. PostHog counts reviewed actions with a shared aggregate identifier, without session recording or individual rider profiles. Vendor requests reach Google and PostHog; they are not described as completely anonymous. These totals are measurements, not a verified count of people.

Google Maps 이동 방식 비교 (선택 사항)

이용자가 직접 비교를 요청한 경우에만 Otranspo가 확인된 좌표와 출발 의도를 Google Maps Routes로 보내 자동차, 도보, 자전거 경로를 계산합니다. 장소 이름, 저장한 장소 이름, 대중교통 여정, 계정 정보, 신고 내용은 포함되지 않습니다.

비교 응답은 일시적입니다. Otranspo는 이를 저장하지 않으며 브라우저 기록에도 남기지 않습니다. 이 비교 기능이 없어도 기본 대중교통 계획 기능은 작동합니다. Google은 자체 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 요청을 처리합니다.

열람, 내보내기, 정정, 철회, 삭제

로그인한 이용자는 인증된 개인정보 보호 엔드포인트를 사용해 계정과 연결된 Otranspo 기록을 내보내거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제를 요청해도 법적으로 또는 운영상 꼭 필요한 감사 증거는 식별 정보를 제거한 형태로 남습니다.

익명 신고나 문의를 보낸 사람은 비공개 접수 증명을 받습니다. 열람, 정정, 철회 또는 삭제를 요청할 때 담당 개인정보 보호 연락처에 이 접수 증명을 사용해 주세요. 공개 공유 링크가 아닙니다.

일반 문의 메시지에는 민감한 이동 정보나 안전 정보를 적지 마세요. 권리 요청은 문의 페이지에 있는 공식 개인정보 담당 연락처를 이용하세요.

보관 기간

제출된 비공개 신고는 최대 365일간 보관합니다. 진행 중인 안전 검토, 이의 신청, 법적 보존 조치로 연장이 필요하면 기록을 남기고 연장합니다. 중복 요청 방지 기록과 악용 방지 기록은 24시간 후 삭제됩니다. 운영 피드 관측 자료는 이용자 기록이 아닙니다.

비공개 문의 건은 분류 중에는 열려 있습니다. 해결, 종료, 스팸 처리 또는 잘못된 전달로 처리되면 365일 후 삭제하도록 예약됩니다. 계정에 연결된 건은 인증된 계정 삭제에도 포함됩니다.

브라우저에만 저장된 정보는 이용자가 삭제하거나 사이트 데이터를 지우거나 브라우저가 제거할 때까지 남아 있습니다.

이용자 데이터가 전달될 수 있는 곳

각 행은 수신자, 정확한 목적, 전달이 시작되는 조건, 보낼 수 있는 내용, Otranspo가 지키거나 사실대로 밝힐 수 있는 보관 기한을 알려 줍니다. 조건부 행은 해당 기능이 현재 켜져 있다는 증거가 아닙니다.

Otranspo는 이용자 데이터를 판매하지 않고, 광고 프로필을 만들지 않으며, 제공자가 비공개 신고를 공개 콘텐츠로 다시 사용하도록 허락하지 않습니다.

    전송되는 데이터
    고정된 공개 페이지 분류와 분류 제목, 방문 경로의 사이트 출처, 기본 세션 참여 정보, Google 분석 쿠키와 기술적 요청 메타데이터입니다. 상세 경로, 모든 쿼리 문자열, 검색어, 좌표, 이동 경로, 양식 내용은 제외됩니다.
    보관 범위
    동의를 철회하면 새로운 측정이 중단되고, Otranspo에서 볼 수 있는 Google Analytics 브라우저 식별자가 삭제됩니다. 제공업체가 보유한 이벤트는 설정된 분석 속성과 Google 정책에 따릅니다.

    목적
    Otranspo가 실패한 이용자 흐름을 찾을 수 있도록 제품 성과 지표 중 허용 목록에 있는 소수 항목만 측정합니다.
    발생 시점
    관리되는 집계 전용 설정을 사용할 수 있으면 기본으로 켜집니다. 단, 승객이 분석을 거부했거나 브라우저 개인정보 보호 신호가 켜져 있으면 켜지지 않습니다.
    전송되는 데이터
    검토를 거친 이벤트 이름과 대략적인 속성만 수집합니다. 예를 들면 언어, 화면 크기 구분, 입력 방식, 연결 상태, 이용자 행동의 결과입니다. 자동 수집, 세션 녹화, 자유 입력 글, 정확한 위치, 개인별 이동 기록은 꺼져 있습니다.
    보관 범위
    이벤트는 승객 신원이 아니라 공통 집계 식별자를 사용합니다. 요청은 여전히 서비스 제공업체에 전달되므로, 완전히 익명이라고 설명하지 않습니다. 포스트호그는 이벤트를 일 년 동안 보관합니다. 이 기간은 계정 요금제에 정해져 있습니다. 분석을 끄면 새 이벤트 수집이 멈춥니다. 승객 기능은 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.

    Otranspo는 응답을 일시적으로만 처리하며 저장하지 않고 최근 이동 기록에도 추가하지 않습니다. Google은 자체 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 요청을 처리합니다.

    이용자가 대화형 지도가 나오는 화면을 열 때입니다.

    브라우저는 보이는 지도 영역과 확대 수준에 맞는 지도 타일을 요청합니다. 이때 일반적인 네트워크 요청 정보도 함께 전달됩니다. 비공개 신고, 계정 기록, 저장한 장소 이름은 타일 데이터로 전송되지 않습니다.
    보관 범위
    Otranspo는 이용자의 지도 화면 범위를 제공업체용 사본으로 저장하지 않습니다. 제공업체의 요청 기록은 해당 제공업체의 약관을 따릅니다.

    목적
    선택 기부 결제 페이지를 제공하고 결제 처리 업체의 영수증을 발급합니다.
    발생 시점
    기부 페이지에서 보안 결제 계속하기를 선택할 때만 보내요. 이용자 정보나 후원 페이지를 보는 것만으로는 Stripe에 아무것도 보내지 않아요.
    전송되는 데이터
    기부 금액과 주기, Otranspo의 비공개 기부 참조 번호, Stripe에 직접 입력한 결제 및 영수증 정보입니다. Otranspo는 카드나 은행 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
    보관 범위
    Otranspo는 최소한의 회계, 환불, 분쟁, 대조 기록을 보존 기준일로부터 칠 년 하루 후에 삭제하도록 예약합니다. 선택 사항인 암호화된 기부자 연락처는 400일 후에 삭제합니다. 요청하시면 더 일찍 삭제합니다. 카드와 은행 정보는 Stripe에서 보관합니다.

    목적
    이용자가 요금, 긴급 상황, 접근성 지원, 불만 접수, 공식 운행 결정에 대해 공식 운영사에 연락할 수 있게 합니다.
    발생 시점
    이용자가 선택한 운영 기관으로 가는 링크를 분명히 보고 직접 누를 때만 해당합니다.
    전송되는 데이터
    Otranspo는 Otranspo 비공개 신고를 전송하지 않습니다. 이동한 사이트는 일반적인 접속 요청과 이용자가 그곳에 직접 입력한 정보를 받습니다.

A server download or deletion cannot reach every place where information may exist. Review each scope first so the result says exactly what changed and what still needs a separate action.

Deleting Otranspo records does not clear this browser, delete a shared sign-in identity, or cancel a monthly donation. Each needs its own action below.

    Export result
    The owner-only JSON download includes current account-linked records and identifies intentionally excluded secrets such as notification addresses and replaceable encrypted coordinates.
    Deletion result
    Permanent deletion removes each covered category inside one transaction and re-counts every category before claiming success. A short pseudonymous audit and replay-safe receipt remain under their stated limits.

    Export result
    Donation records are receipt-scoped rather than joined to the Otranspo account export. Otranspo never exports card or bank details because it never receives them.
    Deletion result
    Otranspo account deletion does not cancel a monthly donation or erase records under financial retention. Use the private donation receipt to manage recurrence, erase optional contact details or remove public recognition.

Opening a linked control carries only the page address and the purpose named in the link. Otranspo does not merge browser, account, journey, report, donation, or payment records across services behind the scenes.

    Separate expiring grants are listed in Journey privacy; a location grant is not a sharing or support grant.
    What changing it does
    Revocation immediately ends that access. The replaceable working point expires within five minutes and does not create a movement trail.

    Separate from contact consent and off by default. A contact name is never treated as permission to publish it.
    What changing it does
    Turning recognition off removes the name from future supporter-page output without cancelling the donation or receipt contact choice.

What works without an account

Reading rider information, changing consent on this device, and asking a privacy question do not require an account.

Access, export, correction, scoped deletion review, appeal, and permanent deletion of account-linked records require the signed-in account owner.

Saved places, recent searches, and unfinished drafts stay on this device. The server cannot export or delete them.

The download contains only records linked to this Otranspo account. It does not contain browser-only data or records held by the shared identity provider.

Delete account-linked Otranspo data

Review every item below. This action permanently deletes the account-linked records that Otranspo can verify, while browser data, the shared sign-in identity and payment records keep their separate controls.

Deletion review

  • Account-linked reports, requests, votes, crowding submissions, private contact cases, and rider scores in the Otranspo database are deleted where no documented exception applies.
  • Device-only saves and drafts stay on this browser until you clear them in Settings; the server cannot reach them.
  • Notification endpoints and synced saves are removed only when they exist in the account-linked Otranspo systems covered by the verified deletion response.
  • Donation and payment records may have separate legally required financial retention and are not claimed deleted by this control.
  • Public aggregate statistics that no longer identify a person are not reversed.
  • After successful permanent deletion, the deleted account-linked records cannot be restored.
  • The shared authentication account is not deleted by this Otranspo-specific action.
