The next meeting date is the City of Ottawa's own. We never make one up.

• The date, time, place, agenda, live stream and speaking link all come from the City's public meetings portal. We change none of them.
• The Transit Committee replaced the Transit Commission in 2022, so a meeting under either name counts. A joint meeting with another body does not.

When there is nothing to show

• A cancelled meeting is never shown as the next one. With no future meeting published, the page says the next meeting is not yet scheduled and names the last one listed.
• The portal gives no deadline to register to speak, so we show the registration link when there is one and no deadline. If the portal cannot be reached, the page says so.

The STO board

• We found no machine-readable calendar for the STO board of directors. We do not show its meetings rather than guess them.
• The page refreshes about every four hours, so a meeting that just ended can show for a few hours.
