What this review can and cannot do

A submission becomes private review evidence with a receipt. It never edits the public site or approves a language automatically. A separate qualified reviewer must validate every item; safety-critical wording requires an additional independent safety review.

Every listed language is open to resident contributions, including Indigenous candidates. Where no honest draft exists, the worksheet asks for a first community draft instead of inventing one. For an Indigenous candidate, resident and qualified review remain separate from the required publication approval of the relevant Nation or language organization; identity, dialect, compensation, attribution, stewardship, and withdrawal authority cannot be self-approved by Otranspo.
