The first trip, step by step

  1. Choose your destination and travel date in the planner.
  2. Check the station, direction, platform and each connection against the current schedule and alerts.
  3. Choose an accepted fare before boarding; follow the instructions at the machine or on the vehicle.
  4. Keep the trip open until you reach your destination, and recheck if service changes.
