Ridership can only count trips that were possible. A trip nobody can make produces no ridership at all, which is why service that is missing is the hardest kind to argue for. This is the record of those trips.
What this records
The two ends of the trip, rounded to about a kilometre, the time and the days. Street numbers are never kept: an address with a number in it is stored as an area instead, so a request cannot point at a doorstep.
A corridor appears below only once 5 people have asked for it. Below that it is held back, because a corridor asked for by one person is that person's commute.
