發車與預測
預定班次來自目前已匯入的 OC Transpo 和 STO GTFS 服務日曆。只有當同一營運單位的行程更新能對應到預定行程和站點時，才會顯示即時班次。
取消和跳過站點的關係會清楚顯示。失敗、格式錯誤、意外為空、過時或部分失敗的資料來源,不會被稱為正常。當缺少即時資料時,時刻表仍會標示為預定。
行程規劃與無障礙
行程規劃是根據目前公布的時刻表和街道路線資料計算。Otranspo 不會自行編造備用行程。
我們會檢查每一段建議行程是否適合輪椅使用者，以及是否無階梯。缺少無障礙資訊時，會顯示為未知。
公眾回報模式
個別通報屬於私人資料。公開趨勢只包括經管理員確認、不涉及安全問題也不涉及營運單位的通報，並按類別和路線分組，每組至少有五則通報。
公開的數字是社群提交的資料，不是營運單位確認的事件數量。
可靠度計算方法的更正
八月4日（2026年），準時計算方法有所改變：由計算重複存檔的預測，改為每次到站只採用一個確定的觀測值。此值是班表時間前後十分鐘內的最後一次預測，並以雙向五分鐘的時間窗口評估。在同一份存檔上，結果由86.7%變為77.4%。這是方法的更正，並非服務在該日有所改變的證據。

營運狀態
狀態是直接檢測資料庫、目前的遷移、已匯入的時刻表、路線規劃引擎、獨立的即時資料源、持久工作程式、電郵、儲存、地理編碼器及必要設定後計算出來的。選用元件各自獨立降級。
